Jewelry Care

Haden jewelry is made of raw brass and combined with natural fibers and leather.  After sanding and filing, all brass pieces get coated with a metal protector to slow the oxidation process. Natural oxidation of brass is normal and creates a beautiful patina.  Though this protective coating is not a fool proof method, if properly taken care of ***do not wear your jewelry in the water, spray perfumes or hairspray near it or get lotions or makeup on it*** the brass and the natural materials will stay looking nice for a long time. 

If you have an ALL brass (NO fibers or leather) piece you can use a natural brass cleaner to restore its shine if that is the look you like.
